I ordered the book on a Friday afternoon and decided that to avoid extra shipping fees, I would simply order it standard shipping, which was supposed to take 7-10 days for delivery. What was my surprise to receive it the next Tuesday, only 2 business days later! This is superior customer service! The book was in great order, so no complaints there.
